Terms and conditions of use

    1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the love room rental website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By accessing and using the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these GCU.

    2. Access to the Site Access to the Site is reserved for persons of legal age. Users are responsible for their access to the Site and undertake not to use the Site fraudulently or for illicit purposes.

    3. Site content Site content is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation of the Site's content without prior authorization is prohibited.

    4. Liability The Site endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the content. The Site declines all responsibility in the event of use of the Site contrary to these GCU or to the laws in force.

    5. External links The Site may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for information purposes only and the Site assumes no responsibility for the content of these external sites.

    Terms & Conditions

    Article 1 : Payment / Deposit

    Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    The rates shown on the calendar are inclusive of all taxes and the rental of the accommodation, with the exception of the options offered at the time of booking.
    The price of the booking includes cleaning services and the supply of household linen (towels and sheets).

    A security deposit of 500€ is required at the time of booking in the form of a credit card imprint. This deposit will be reimbursed within 48 hours of departure if no damage is noted after the departure inventory. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the sums owed by the tenant to remedy any damage noted, the tenant undertakes to pay any overruns.

    Article 2: Cancellation

    All validated reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. After this date, no refund will be made.

    Article 3: Arrival/departure times

    - Arrival : From 4 pm

    - Departure: Before 11 a.m.

    Article 4: Moving in and out

    The entrance and exit of the apartment are done autonomously thanks to a system of digicode and key box. A message will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail a few days before your arrival with the codes. 

    Under no circumstances may the customer claim any right to remain in the premises. 

    The management reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept a guest if it deems his or her behavior to be inappropriate. The owner may also interrupt a reservation in progress in the event of non-compliance with the house rules.

    Article 5: Site surveys

    An inventory of fixtures will be drawn up and made available in the accommodation before the customer's arrival.

    Upon arrival, the customer may telephone or e-mail us for further details.

    Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, in the event of proven abuse, a supplement for damage may be deducted from the deposit.

    Article 6: Internal regulations

    The apartment has a maximum capacity of two adults, which the customer must respect.

    Candles are not allowed (electronic candles are available in the apartment).

    Use of the whirlpool bath: use water only (no oils, creams, bubble baths or showers before getting into the water).

    The customer undertakes to leave the premises at the end of the chosen service and no later than 11am.

    Minors under 18 are not allowed in the apartment.

    Pets are not allowed.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. An outside area is provided for this purpose.

    In addition, the apartment may only be used for residential purposes by the tenant, who must enjoy the property peacefully and reasonably within the meaning of the French Civil Code. Accordingly, the client must abide by the building's co-ownership rules and refrain from disturbing the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Parties are forbidden. Any behavior or remarks contrary to morality or public order will result in the customer being asked to leave the apartment immediately, without any reimbursement or compensation.

    It is strictly forbidden to engage in any professional activity or any activity that contravenes the laws and regulations in force in France.

    Consultation of websites prohibited in France and illegal downloading are forbidden (ADOPI / ARCOM charter).
